You can pay for your order using a Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro or Amex payment card. The card must be approved by the issuing bank for online (Internet) payment. When ordering online, by selecting the appropriate payment method, you will be redirected to a page that is protected and safe for this payment method. Data security during purchases is guaranteed by the bank's payment card processor, so the entire payment process is carried out on the bank's website. Your payment card data is never available to our system. On the bank's page, you need to enter the following data: Card number, Expiry date and CVC2/CVV2 code, which you can read from your card.

If the transaction is successful, you will be returned to our portal with a notification that the payment was successfully completed. In case the payment failed, you will be returned to our portal with information about the failed payment and the option to repeat the payment or choose another payment method.

Data entry and verification are exclusively performed between the card user and the bank, and the Internet merchant has no insight into the data being exchanged. When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and the PKI system, as currently the most modern cryptographic technology. All payments will be made in dinars (RSD).


All payments will be made in dinars (RSD). If payment is made with payment cards issued by foreign Banks, the transaction amount in dinars will be converted into the Bank's settlement currency (EUR) according to the exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. When debiting your payment card, the already converted amount will be converted into your local currency, according to the exchange rate applied by payment card operators.

If, after ordering, you received an e-mail from us with order confirmation or if you were contacted by our seller, be sure that your order has been registered.

From the moment the order is created, the delivery deadline is 5 working days in the case of cash on delivery for the territory of Serbia. For orders whose payment is made by advance payment via electronic banking or payment at a bank or post office, the deadline for payment is 5 days from the day of confirmation of the order, and the deadline for delivery is 5 working days from recording the payment.
