Delivery Information

Apoteka Online has signed a contract with the courier service Daily Express and delivery is made on the territory of the Republic of Serbia via this service. Export of goods to foreign countries is carried out via DHL and PostExport services.

For all orders received by 12 noon from Monday to Friday, the estimated delivery time is 2-4 working days for the entire territory of the Republic of Serbia. In case the order was placed over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), delivery is made as for orders received on Monday - i.e. the next working day.

Deliveries are not made on Saturdays and Sundays.

Additional information

Items will be packaged so that they cannot be damaged by normal handling of goods in transit. When picking up the product, the buyer is obliged to check for possible damage and immediately report it to the courier who delivered the goods, or refuse to pick up a shipment with visible external damage. All subsequent product complaints due to damage caused during delivery will not be accepted.

When picking up the product, the customer is required to sign the delivery note which is taken by the Daily Express delivery worker. The consignment note is considered a confirmation of the delivery and receipt of the goods.

The courier service delivers goods to the address, i.e. do not bring into the living space.


Restrictions on the delivery of goods

Delivery of items purchased on the site www.apotekaonline.com is done exclusively by courier service Daily Express on the territory of the Republic of Serbia. Delivery outside the territory of the Republic of Serbia, i.e. the export of goods, is carried out exclusively through the DHL and PostExport services of the Post of Serbia.


Delivery price

For the territory of the Republic of Serbia:

For ordered goods up to 5,000.00 RSD, delivery is charged 350.00 RSD (VAT is included in the price ). For goods whose value is over RSD 5,000.00, delivery is free.

For international shipping:

For the export of goods abroad via the PostExport service of the Post of Serbia, the delivery price amounts to:

  • Zone I (Slovenia, Croatia, Republika Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia) - RSD 1,280.00
  • II Zone (Other European countries) - RSD 1,790.00
  • Zone III (Asia, Africa, America, Australia and other countries) - RSD 2,650.00

The delivery time is 15 days or more (depending on the country of delivery)

For the export of goods abroad via the DHL service, the delivery price is 3.900,00 RSD. The delivery time is 3-5 working days (depending on the country to which the delivery is made)

The shipping price includes tax. The price includes the delivery of the package to the customer's address with the associated tax and customs at the expense of the seller. A possible additional cost may be customs at the customer's expense depending on the country to which the package is sent.

Republic of Serbia - The price of delivery or free delivery includes the delivery of packages weighing up to 5 kg to the customer's address. For packages weighing more than 5 kg and packages of larger dimensions, an additional charge is possible, for which the customer will certainly be informed after the check with the courier services. Please reply to this E-Mail if you have additional questions.

Foreign - The price includes delivery of a package weighing up to 2kg to the customer's address, with the associated tax and customs at the expense of the seller. A possible additional cost may be customs at the buyer's expense depending on the country to which the package is sent. For packages weighing more than 2 kg and packages of larger dimensions, an additional charge is possible, for which the customer will certainly be informed after the check with the courier services. 


Special conditions for orders from abroad

Apotekaonline confirms that all items on the portal www.apotekaonline.com are free for sale via the Internet, we also confirm and guarantee that all ordered goods will be sent within the agreed time to the end customer. Apotekaonline guarantees that the paid delivery price includes customs and courier service costs in the country of export (Serbia).

Apotekaonline cannot guarantee and does not know whether there will be import duty costs, this depends on the specifics of the package as well as on the decision of the customs of the importer's (buyer's) country. Apotekaonline disclaims responsibility if, for any reason, the Customs of the importer's country does not want to clear the package. Apotekaonline does not get the package back in this case, Customs keeps such packages and we will not and cannot be obliged to refund the money. Apotekaonline will send goods only under these conditions.

Special note - Due to the specificity of the goods, we recommend that you first check with the Customs in your country whether you can import the item you are interested in (pay special attention to products that are taken orally because regardless of the fact that they are registered as Dietary Supplements and are freely available for sale, each country, each Customs has its own local regulations and it may happen that the import of the same is not allowed. If the Customs does not allow the import of certain items, if the costs of returning the package are greater than the value of the goods, Apotekaonline reserves the right not to accept the return of the goods, in this situation Apotekaonline will not be able to refund the money because we informed you in time about the possible situation.

All subsequent complaints about money refunds will not be accepted because we informed you in a timely and clear manner about possible complications.

By creating a purchase order, you automatically accept these Special Conditions for orders from abroad (outside the territory of the Republic of Serbia).
